Returns

For return reasons 1 and 2: The goods can only be returned if they are as good as new and in their original packaging. Goods as good as new can only be returned via the direct customer of Menerga GmbH. Otherwise, please contact your wholesaler for returns processing. After receipt and detailed inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a credit note if the goods are in perfect, saleable condition. If the goods are not in a saleable condition, we reserve the right to subsequently refuse the return. As costs are incurred for the return and re-storage, Menerga GmbH will retain 20% of the value of the credit note, but at least €150.00. The customer shall bear the costs of the return delivery.

The following are excluded from return:

  • Goods whose invoice date is older than 3 months

  • Opened packaging units

  • Safety-related items, e.g. fire and smoke protection items with corresponding accessories, fire/smoke dampers

  • Customized articles

  • Filters, air outlets, volume flow controllers and weather protection grilles

For return reason 5: The exact fault description must be noted on the return note. After receipt of the goods, a technical inspection will be carried out and, if your warranty claim is rejected, you will receive a detailed inspection report.

Please use our online form for your return request or contact us by e-mail, whereby the complaint must contain a description/photos of how the fault manifests itself so that it can be processed correctly and quickly. You will then receive a return label within 24 hours. This lists our transaction number and the items that can be returned. The return note must be attached to the outside of the return delivery as a clearly visible delivery note in a document pocket. Unannounced incoming goods without a return delivery note cannot be considered and we reserve the right to return the goods to you carriage forward.

Replacement deliveries

Replacement deliveries are always dispatched against payment. We require your written order for this. After return delivery and inspection of the goods complained about, a credit note will be issued if the customer's claim has been recognized by us.

Costs incurred by external companies

Costs for repairs and replacement by external companies can only be accepted after prior consultation and written approval of costs by Menerga GmbH.

Transport damage

If the packaging or the product is damaged on delivery, this damage must be reported immediately. This means that the goods must be unpacked in the presence of the delivery driver of the haulage company or parcel service. Specific damage must be noted on the return delivery note/forwarding agent's handover note. This note must be signed by the recipient and countersigned by the driver. Take a photo of the damage and the license plate number of the transport vehicle. In the event of extensive damage, please refuse to accept the goods.

Packaging in perfect condition, contents damaged:

If transport damage is discovered too late, you must provide proof that the damage occurred during transport and not in your custody. Damage must be reported in writing, including photos, to returns@menerga.com

 immediately after discovery. Please keep the damaged goods, together with the packaging, until it is clear how the damage will be dealt with.

Return of transport damage: Please contact our service warehouse department directly. Here you will receive information on the further procedure, e.g. replacement delivery or collection of the damaged goods.
